L&G Insurance Broker was founded by Mhd. Taufik Arifin, a seasoned insurance professional with over 40 years of experience. He began his career at age 19 as an insurance agent and later joined IBS Insurance Broker, handling major sectors such as construction, mining, and oil & gas. In 1995, he gained national and regional recognition by winning the Asia-Pacific Biz Game Championship.
Taufik founded his first brokerage firm, VBS, in 1996, growing it into a leading name in the industry. In 2006, he established L&G Insurance Broker with a vision to deliver client-focused insurance solutions. Under his leadership, L&G has overcome major challenges and evolved into one of Indonesia’s trusted insurance brokers.
He holds professional certifications, including ANZIIF (Senior Associate, CIP), CIIB, RFP, and is certified by BNSP and LSPPI, reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and industry advancement.
